Terms of service, plainly.
The deal, in plain language. Using atomburst.io or the Atomburst console means you accept these terms. Effective 2026-07-03. Questions: [email protected].
What Atomburst is
The Atomburst console produces access reviews and evidence for GitHub organizations you connect: it reads access metadata through a least-privilege, read-only GitHub App, records your reviewers' decisions with justifications and objections, and renders an evidence report. It is read-only by design — it observes your organization's state and never changes it.
Provisioned, not open
Sign-in is via GitHub. Access is default-deny: you reach a tenant only if you're provisioned for it. You're responsible for who you allow into your tenant and for the decisions your reviewers record. Only connect GitHub organizations you're authorized to review.
$15 a month, month to month
The Access Review module is $15/month per tenant with 3 scans included per calendar month, billed through Stripe. It renews monthly until you cancel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Scan quota resets monthly and unused scans don't roll over. Platform and MSP plans are quoted and contracted separately.
Don't make us contain you
- Connect only organizations you own or are authorized to review.
- No probing, scraping, load-testing, or attempting to bypass rate limits or tenant isolation.
- No reselling or operating the service for third parties outside an MSP agreement with us.
- Good-faith security research is welcome — see responsible disclosure.
Yours, hosted by us
Your review records belong to you. We host and protect them as described in Security & Compliance and the privacy policy. Deleting a tenant deletes its reviews and org connections; uninstalling the GitHub App revokes our read access.
Evidence of decisions, not a guarantee
The service is provided "as is." An access review documents your decisions about access at a point in time; it is not a warranty that your organization is secure, and findings are limited to what GitHub's APIs expose to our read-only scopes. We work to keep the service available but don't promise uninterrupted operation.
Capped at what you paid
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either side can walk
You can stop any time: cancel the subscription and delete your tenant. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, abuse, or non-payment — with notice where practical.
This page is the record
If these terms change, this page changes first, with a new effective date. Material changes are announced to active subscribers; continued use after that is acceptance.
